Learnpipe integrates with Yahoo Upcoming

Friday, July 10, 2009

From next week on, any events that you post on learnpipe (http://www.learnpipe.com) will be automatically fed to Yahoo's Upcoming service. What does this mean?
Yahoo is the 2nd heaviest trafficked web site in the World. Having learnpipe feed your events to their Upcoming service will drive significant traffic volumes directly to your events (i.e. Courses with dates) on learnpipe.

More views = more enquiries = $£€ more bookings

How can I get the maximum benefit?
It's simple. Just add all your upcoming events to learnpipe. Log in to your learnpipe profile here and click 'Vendor Profile' then 'View Courses' then 'schedule event'. Alternatively, you can bulk upload your courses / events / or even better feed to us using our XML feed.

Remember, we are here to help! If you email us your course details / events before 5.00pm (GMT) on Thursday 2nd July 2009, we'll publish the course details to your profile. Just email us your course descriptions along with dates and venue details and we'll do the rest.

And there's more....
We're working on api integration with other event engines including Yelp, Qype, Twitter, etc. All coming very soon. We'll keep you posted.

What is Yahoo Upcoming?
Events on Upcoming show up in search engines like Yahoo! fast (sometimes within a few minutes!)
